Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using MTM Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the service.

2. Service Description

MTM Tools is a lead prospecting SaaS that provides the Lead Finder, Call Pipeline, Walk-In Route, and Email Outreach tools. The platform is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.

3. Payment

Access to MTM Tools is a $500 one-time purchase and is non-refundable. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to spam, harass, or contact individuals in violation of applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You are solely responsible for how you use the leads and contact data generated through the service.

5. Usage Limits

Your account includes 500 lead searches and 500 AI scores per month. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. MTM reserves the right to adjust these limits with notice.

6. Data Ownership

You own the leads and data you generate in your account. MTM does not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content

Lead scores, email drafts, and research briefs are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only. MTM makes no guarantees as to their accuracy.

8. Intellectual Property

The MTM Tools platform, code, and brand are owned by More Than Momentum. You are granted a non-transferable license to use the service.

9. Termination

MTM reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. No refund will be issued for terminated accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

MTM Tools is provided "as is." MTM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
