1. Information We Collect

We collect: your email address; your password (stored only as a salted hash — never in plain text); your business profile (agency type, services description, target industries); the leads and contact data you generate; and usage metrics (leads sourced and scored per month).

2. How We Use It

We use your information to provide the service, to send transactional emails (account setup and password reset), and to monitor for abuse and enforce usage limits. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored on Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and Cloudflare KV infrastructure. Cloudflare's data centers are SOC 2 compliant.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services: the Google Places API (lead sourcing and geocoding), the Anthropic Claude API (AI scoring and email generation), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payment processing). None of these services receive your leads data — only the minimum data required for each function.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing hello@morethanmomentum.com.

6. Cookies

We use a single httpOnly cookie to hold your session refresh token. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting hello@morethanmomentum.com.

8. Children's Privacy

MTM Tools is intended for business use only and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify active users by email of any material changes.
